2. Our Services

24/7 Local Plumbers provides residential and commercial plumbing services across Sydney (NSW) and Melbourne (VIC). Our services include but are not limited to blocked drains, burst and leak repairs, emergency plumbing, gas fitting, hot water systems, pipe relining, and bathroom plumbing.

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All work is carried out by licensed plumbers — NSW Licence #379146C and VIC Licence #126319.

3. Quotes & Pricing

We offer a $0 call-out fee and 0% interest payment options (subject to eligibility). All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary depending on the scope and complexity of the work required.

A detailed quote will be provided before any work commences. You will not be charged without your prior approval.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings can be made via our website contact form or by calling 1300 138 780. We will make every effort to attend within the agreed timeframe.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations or missed appointments where a plumber has already been dispatched.

5. Warranties & Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Our services come with a lifetime labour guarantee on the work performed, subject to the following conditions:

• The guarantee covers defects in workmanship only, not wear and tear or damage caused by third parties
• Manufacturer warranties apply separately to any parts or equipment supplied
• The guarantee does not apply if the plumbing system has been modified or tampered with after our work was completed

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, 24/7 Local Plumbers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
